1. NEW GYMNASIUM PROJECT - 100% FUNDINGThe Question: Could we arrange 100% funding for a client to start up a leasehold gymnasium? The Proposal: We were approached by a client with considerable experience in the leisure industry who wished to start up a new gymnasium and health club from leasehold premises in North London. Our client required 100% funding to carry out a total refurbishment of the premises he was intending to occupy and also to purchase fixtures, fittings and equipment for the business. The Requirement: Our client required a total loan of £75,000 to set up this new business venture. The Solution: Having assisted our client with his projections and cash flows for the new business we were able to arrange funding secured by way of a charge over a freehold property that was owned by our client and which was offered by him as security. We structured the deal for our lending principals and this enabled the client to proceed. The Benefits: Our client had no cash availabl to inject into the venture and we were able to obtain 100% funding. In addition we were able to arrange a 3 month moratorium on interest payments until such time as the improvements to the premises were carried out and the business had commenced trading. | ||||
